Since 2013, the former Methodist Chapel in Alveley has been a community hub and tea room., owned by St Mary's Church. The Chapel is also hosts the bereavement café and the men's breakfast. Messy Church is also temporarily hosted there.

TEA ROOM.
Messy Church is a fresh way of experiencing church and is for the whole family. Our sessions are running monthly on the first Saturday of each month. at 3pm
The bereavement café meets at the
Old Chapel Community Centre
every third Monday of the month
between 2PM and 4PM
The tea room is open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (11.00am - 3.00pm) throughout the year, and serves a delicious range of home-baked cakes and light lunches. Included in the menu, is a selection of gluten- free cakes.
As well as a warm and friendly atmosphere, the tea room also offers:
- Free Wi-Fi
- Free computer access
- Photocopying and printing
- Second-hand books, CDs and DVDs
Children are welcome and a smile is guaranteed!
The music group is currently not meeting.
